expressed in the course of the will
to the number of 8 or 10 if there had been no specifications
in that case it should seem reasonable to be construed currency of the Country
Legacies were given by a Testator making his Will in Barbados in this manner to A.B. so many Pounds Sterling — to M.C.
so many Pounds generally to D.E. so many pounds Barbadoes
Currency to F.G. so many Pounds generally. Ld Chr directed
that considering the Will was made in Barbados, all the Sums left
general should be understood to be only Barbardoes currency.
But if should sum that a form this general might have been understood to be
that denomination which was last expressed and so on like a different one was exprest
Mrs B. begs the Book may not travel
to yr Barbers
So attend the H. of Lords they were voted guilty of a breach of Privilege
each £100 and ordered to be confined in Newgate till the same should be
paid—
