Perjury being nothing but the asserting with certain columnities
of that which being false is also believed to be so to the asserter is known not to
be true by the asserter is divisible
in the different purposes for which there can be a men can have
occasion to make it with these motive and means to committ columnities, & the motive
to make it falsely.
