ESCAPE
Prison-Breaking, that it should not be thought proper
to make it more penal than the original offence
for which a man is in prison, in case respect of the
evader himself — yet may when the means of the
escape are such as between given the same liberty to
others committed for cases of an higher
order — dx. gr. In a Debtor or persons one, in
execution for a Trespass whereby others committed
for Treason are let loose.
Escape may be distinguished into Without Force as With Force as
Theft & Robbery.
