Dissenters Penal Laws

A man who pleads with eyes open for the rendering
or cautioning a number of his fellow- citizens unhappy,
should at least have some reason to give for what he
is doing : he should at least shew
Now it is what has not yet been done, what I should
be very glad to see attempted to be done, to produce
one right one among the points and controversy
between the Church & those unliberated Christians (Papists
excepted) who are at Heresy with it or at Schism, in which
the Author Law has any civil influence <add>(which the Orthodox hasn't) on them
