Make a Table of two Columns whereof the Horizontal
Tables shall expresss the different offences of the forbidden acts

subject matters s in order to show the deficiencies of
the Laws contribution of the former: then the Stat.
of 14th In Eliz.respecting foreign coin makes nothing penal
but the act of fal counterfeit fabrication.

besides that which shall be thus entabled.

7th 1773 73 John Martin, for treasonably and feloniously
having in his Possession a certain Tool, or
Edgar, fit and convenient for the nurling or
milling of Money, he not being of any Occupation
requiring such Tool. This Engine
was of a very simple Construction, and might
be made use of by any Person whatever, and
several Shillings were milled in Court by divers
