with an imaginary Court as say non fictitious Court of law, so far as relates to
real pr landed property. Codification this, in contradistinction to consolidation

7. Appropriate Addition to the Judiciary Establishment, in so far
as a requisite may be necessary to the giving execution and
effect to such proposed Code

8. Substitution of an apt to the present unapt system
of pr judicial procedure or say adjective law,
in so far as necessary, as above same and to that giving executed and
effect to the proposed Code of substantive law.
