V. Partition of Crown Lands. InTo a certain extent, in some instance this improvement
is comprised in that which consists in the conversion
of Copyholds into Freeholds: to a certain other extent in other : that is to
say in so far as the land is already in a state of freehold
or being copyhold can be divided into freehold having the mancial rights
of Lords in other respects untouched, In these cases it will
