Before I concluding, I will take the liberty of suggesting
for his consideration, in as brief a manner as possible a few some supposed improvements of which
it presents itself to me as susceptible: in the first place
distinguishable distinguishing those to which belong to the head of matter,
from those which belong to the hand of form

Before concluding, I will take the liberty of suggesting
for his consideration, as briefly as possible, a few supposed
improvements of which his plan presents itself to me
as susceptible: distinguishing those to do whatsoever
else may be in my power towards promoting his
lightening his labour, and promoting his generous design,
would be a sincere pleasure to me. If those for the most part
same suggestion should be found to apply to every other part
of the field of law as well as to whatthe particular part which he has
on which his beneficient labour has been more particular
employed, they will not on that account be the less excusible.
