Change respects the turn-point and different
or future and contingent is esoteric.

By special or say fractional and indeed any particular
fear which in it may happen to one person to be in
possession of in respect of an immovable in relation to which
another person possesses the general or say the aggregate or say
otherwise residuary integral pain.

Now as to the different ways or order in which it may
happen to an immovable that is the say to the previous general and
special to pass from one hand to another.

The state of a th a pain relative to an immovable considered as then
passing from here one hand to another one persons hand to another may be stiled a stick of
transactions.

Considered the later had with relation to human will as being the is or
of it, the transaction may be regarded as being/ to be either involuntary on both sides/altogether or voluntary
or on both sides involuntary or one side voluntary and on the
other involuntary or on both sides voluntary.

When it is both sides voluntary it may be said to be fee
free conveyance. This is the end most frequently exemplified.
