(5) (5 Disappointment preventing
principle
By the disappointment-preventing principle understand
that principle which presents to view as the a proper object of endeavour
the prevention of [ at the the pain of disappointment disappointment with the pain
susceptible from it] in the present instance of disappointment
produced by unexpected loss of some proprietary interest of
which an immovable is the subject matter and the source.
In so far as produced by depends on deficiency of appropriate
intellectual aptitude on the part of rulers disappointment
flows from each of the distinguishable sources: to wit
1. Indeterminateness in the arrangements made by them
2. As to those which are determinate, want of deficiency
in respect of intrinsic cognosability
3. As to those In relation as well to those in which deficiency
in respect of intrinsic congnosability has place on in
those in which it has not place, deficiency in respect
of notifiedness: no arrangements having been made at all deficiency or rather with non information
being made by government for the production of that effect.
For all every one of these several deficiencies it is the object and
endeavour of the present proposed Code to provide an ad appropriate
and adequate supply.
