Conveyances disposed of
Corrigendum p. 156 — Evidence in each written in part "add real.
On the now depending suit all the time and expence already
expended will for the most part have been thrown away. On both
sides the Solicitors being before the new Judicatory (of a single
Judge and no more would it be composed) would be compelled find
themselves under the necessity of stating whatsoever relevant information
they possessed in relation to their respective Clients. The Clients would
either be exercised and examined viva voce by the Judge, or an
interrogation preapproved by the Judge
