Taking all three deeds formulæ together, it would have been a further
improvement if for giving expression to the matters common to all had been the same set of
words without variation had been employed: for in that case a
proportional reduction would have been made in the quantity of
the matter calling for consideration at the hands of the several classes
of persons interested: by the same quantity of attention on the part of the draughtsman a greater degree
of correctness might have been produced: and when no difference in meaning was
intended the reader would not have been led to suspect any such
difference as to but by the difference in the wording he is unavoidably
led to suspect.

By those consideration formulæ expressive samples for the expression of the same matter
a few exceptions excepted as that contained in those of our learned
reformist have been suggested. the two formulæ the author's and
