1826 Decr 8.
Review of Humphreys

Is there nobody who will move for the repeal
of this Scandal to the Statute Book? If not
only the real but the declared end of any person
where the establishing of self corruption by law
by means of self renumeration, could ingenuity
devise any other means so well adapted to this
end. Name of the Parliament Justice-selling
and Justice-denying Parliament, whatever good
has been done, (and considerable good has been
done) has had for it's cause the wisdom and
virtue of particular ministers.
