J.B.'s Procedure Code
Riddle
Mean time in the field subject of procedure, I will propose
here for the of learned gentlemen a sort of a riddle a trial of
or puzzle, a problem which they please. With the addition if the above
with the end of the words means of probation, means of execution, means of compensation
just into: for both purposes required to produce a compleat procedure
Code having for its end in view the fulfilling and actively fulfilling
accordingly all the several proper ends in view in that is to say judicature avoidance exclusion
of misdecision and non-decision exclusion of
needless delay, vexation and expence: for every thing that is
the necessary for that purpose will be found reducible to one
or other of these heads.
