Review of Sugden

Anxious as Mr Sugdens apprehension of the complication
that may be produced by interpretation and comment
grounded in the Code. For To excrescences of this
sort are not his present imaginary laws rather
more subject than real ones? Against all such excrescences
Mr Sugden may have the satisfaction of some
effectual provision in Mr Bentham's Constitutional Code
and this too in a part not applicable as this counter to the existing state
of things.
