Thus it is that throughout the whole of the Judicial establishment
the actual ends of Judicature are now, and but for a
radical change are destined for ever to continue to be in a state of
direct opposition and repugnance to the only proper and uncontravertably
proper ends of justice minimization instead of
of un delay vexation and expence instead of maximization of those
same costs for the sake of the profit extractable f out of the expences
Of this appalling truth We are prepared to make give a demonstration if your our Honourable House
are should be prepared to listen to it.

But such being the system can there be any the least hope of any
beneficial change.
