they are gainers.

while they suffer nothing,
get by it by fees
for Bail – profits of
Jailers &c.

crime,
poverty.

By Of an accident
the evil effects might, if
Courts sat every day, be
done away the next: But His
reparation is deferred
to the next day 6 months,
and then in case of a remanent,
12 months.
So all, evidence is nullified.
