By any but a madman
would a motion be
made for fixing the
same interval for all
cases?

Regularity

Justification for blind
fixation: regard for regularity.

Imagination the workman,
fallacy the process,
instruments the
words irregularity &
regularity.

Associated with irregularity
the idea of
delinquency: with regularity
correct deportment.

Hence motion for
setting aside proceedings
for irregularity.

good: good
every where: fixation
of days for operations
included.
