upon the judge's depravity
may have
place or not – that
which depends on the
depravity of the
system is at all
times in existence.

Vexations which the
dishonest man is
thereby enabled to
inflict on any other.

Dishonest suitor
finds infeefed Judge
an accomplice.

Tax upon justice
is a prohibition of
justice to those
who cannot pay
the tax.

Judge who exacts
a fee for rendering
justice becomes an
accomplice to the
wrong-doer.

Suppose the case that
of rape or murder
the above proposition
not the less
true.

As to fees demanded
of defendants obliged

not pursue the prescribed course.
