Sub-clause of the three Petitions proposed to be presented to the House
of Commons namely 1. A Petition at full length title Justice Public Petition for
Justice. 2. A Public Justice Petition abridged of in an abridged form stiled the Abridged
Petition for Justice. 3. A Petition for Codification.

exhibiting the substance of those proposed Petitions to the House of
Commons: namely

1. Full length Public for [ real or Justice] Justice — [real and at full length: the Case
part of it, a succinct exposition and exposure of the principal

proposed succedaneum Judiciary Establishment and Judicial
