§.3. Suits in pendency
But it may be asked for trusts of such prodigious
importance where shall persons endowed with appropriate
aptitude in all shapes be so in so great a
number to be found. Answer 1. argumentum ad
hominem at any rate no such observation could be
received in the character of an objection at the hands
of the Right Honorable Secretary by whom by the
exercise of a judicial authority in the character of
a police magistrate the qualification already designated
by the appellation of the manducatory was in spite of
all remonstrance taken for sufficient. Dinners in
