in the prolongation

Such then being the case, who will be the objectors? Answer
1. All mala fide suitors. 2 Among lawyers all those who to the
benefit of a general reputation for probity for faithful
regard paid to the interest of their clients prefer the particular
benefit derived from the prolongation of the suit — of the individual
suit in question.
