Damnification — Remedies preventive or suppressive
2. Injunctive Belt to stay waste. On giving adequate
security for compensation in case of wrong, the waste might be stopt
indication by Notice given on the premises and the author of the
waste arrested and brought to London the Judicatory at the Metropolis. At present
while the Bill is drawing and the et ceteras going on, the
wrongdoer is going on undisturbed in his plan of waste, and
where the mischief and that perhaps irreparable has been committed
true it is that the injunction the inhibitive order of the
judicatory reaches him.
