powers

Trusts. A purse of in any shape established for the benefit of the purse holder
is termed simply a purse: a power in any shape in so far as established
for the benefit of a person other than the power holder is termed
a trust: hence the corresponding denomination 1. Self-serving power; 2. other-person-serving
power — in one word a trust

4. Enforcement of the execution: effected by causing the individual

by the creation of the trust

self serving power and
trust by departure from
integrality value of
self serving power

Note that between a self serving power and a trust has
place the this one marked distinction. 1 By even departure from
integrality, the value usefulness of a self serving power is in every case diminished.
2. by departure from integrality, the usefulness of the trust is
encreased: encreased that is to say in respect of the additional
security obtained for the due execution and fulfilment of
the trust

How for the transfer of a trust from hand to hand that a
need and demand which has not place for the transfer of a
self-serving power from hand to hand: a man of sound mind
and mature age not standing in need of another to restrain him
from destroying deteriorating or alienating a thing the benefit from which is designed
by him from for himself: but, in but too large a proportion
great a degree of frequency a man standing the in need of
others, one or more to prevent him from destroying deteriorating
or alienating a thing belonging to persons one or more other than
himself.
