In the case of every suit that had now been still in
pendency two dates can be it will be in the power of the proper Offices
to formulate; namely the date of the first proceeding in the suit
and the date of the latest: and in the case of every suit which
has received its termination, the date of the last. In these two both
cases a an additional by which time and trouble will be saved by the to
