§H. of Com. Discenda.
suit which has received its termination the
date of the last. In both cases an additament
by which time and trouble will be saved
to readers is a column exhibiting the duration
of the suit in years months & days.
Use of this information, assisting conjecture
in forming an estimate of the number of Dispatch
Courts, is more than one, the benefits from which,
will compensate for the expense.
For determining the order in which they
shall be examined, let the names of the Plaintiff's
Solicitors in the several suits be drawn
out by lot. Use, putting an exclusion upon
all forms favour and disfavour; and upon all suspicion
of it.
