Art. 1. Supposed originating authority, of course and

Art. 2. In manner hereinafter mentioned, a list
being obtained of persons having suits respectively in pendency any suit of the
sort of those which take their commencement by a Bill
in Equity, let invitation be made to the for all the parties on
both sides to suits in any number to join in signifying their consent that
their respective suits should be transferred to the a Judicatory
of the description nature hereinafter mentioned described by the
name of a Dispatch Court, there to receive determination,
and the determination execution and effect
in the way of a summary hereinafter described or
indicated course of summary procedure.

Art. 3. That the fundamental principles by which
the course of procedure shall be determined shall be the
following following
