Art. 4. That for taking of cognizance of suits in this
mode Commissioners in such number as shall be found
requisite shall simultaneously or successively or simultaneously
be appointed, but if simultaneously, each
to sit singly as do the Lord Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor
and the Master of the Rolls

Commission to remain in
force two years

Art. 5. That of each such Commissioner the Commission do continue
in force for the term say of two years; and, unless
resecured, no longer.

To Each Commissioner the
same number of suits, to be
drawn by lot

Art. 6. That to every such each Commissioner be allotted
the same number of suits say 24 the names thereof to be drawn by
lot from those which as per Article 1. have been given in
for that purpose.

As soon as one suit
disposed of another to be
allotted added to the list — drawn by lot
as before

Art. 7. That as fast as soon as each of the
number first allotted any one is disposed of, to wit by
receiving actual execution or dismissal as the case may be,
a name and or the names given in in the first instance be in open Court
drawn out by lot and added to the list to which that
suit belongs which has as per Art. 6 received its termination.

Additional Commissioners
if necessary

Art. 8. That on observation made of the
rate of clearance, and regard had of the duration of the first Commissions as per Art. 5, an additional Commissioner of Dispatch
may at any time be added to the list: and su toties quoties.
