§.5. Fields of Jurisdiction.

Art. 1. Of the jurisdiction of the several Judicatories with several Judicatories
the local field is determined as per §.4. considered in respect
of their its several logical fields, every judicatory is in its
grade omnicompetent: with the exception of the parts belonging
to the Judicatories, as per § 15 its jurisdiction — extends
to every species of suit.

Art. 1. Within its local field and according to its grade as per §. 4, (except Army and Navy
excepting Judicatories as per §. 7. excepted) every Judicatory
as well immediate as appellate is omnicompetent. Its logical field Its
comprehends to all mass of Suits, those excepted which belong
those same Exceptions to those excepted Judicatories.

Art. 8. For this mode in which out of the fund this
provided relief is provided administered in each particular instance see Ch. XVII
Immediate Pursuer General §.  : and Ch. XVIII Immediate
Defender General §.
