Still it does honour

to the Colbĭöernsen
With all its imperfections, and after all these distractions
large as they are from the good which a system directed unreservedly
to the ends of justice would be productive of, vast, as any one
may see, is the benefit that can not but have been thus produced .
Proportant is the need of praise respect and affection due for all lovers of mankind to Christian Colbĭöernsen such is the
name of the philos Attorney General of the Kingdom of Denmark, such the official situation, of the enlightened philanthropist by whom
with whom as we know from p.118 it originated and by
whose labours it was brought had bore the principal part in the
birth of it.

in that sense working well, it never yet has been possible
for the no for the people to receive — nor will it to the end of
time unless and until on their part wisdom and energys sufficient to inspire a solitary
terror shall peradventure be found
