Supplement
(6 §. II Elucidations
Reconciliation
[]Opinion:

13
Small share of law-learning
requisite in
of
Danish reconciliation
Commissioners

Of This share of law-learning it appears that according to the expectation of the planner
of the institution expected it would constantly have
on the part of the several persons occupying the situation in
the question have place in Denmark: and forasmuch as to
this situation no emolument was then or has since been
or been to be attached, with that same share of his learning
was it his expectation that the g degree of disinterestedness and quantity
of public spirit should be constantly be accompanied found
in conjunction. Enviable indeed to a subject of England must
be the condition state of things of Denmark, if while l on the one hand the
law is to such a degree cognizable, to by its subjects in such numbers
it is to such a degree actually understood and the requisite
degree of disinterestedness and quantity of public spirit being to
at the same time by those same persons possessed.
