As to 1 money or moveables

Signal us the thus is the use and value of the fee-gathering law in the
character of an instrument of oppression, its value is in a prodigious
degree greater in that of an instrument of depredation; of unpunishable
depredation. For, just as often as to this purpose application
is made of it, so often is the benefit pleasure of oppressing
if so it be that the desire of oppression has place, so often, as the pleasure
of oppressing added to the profit of the depredation, to the
profit consisting in the acquisition of the valuable thing whatever it
be thus acquired.
