Imperfection 1. Attainment
of ends of Justice
incompleat

1. Imperfection the 1st Attainment of the main ends
of justice incompleat. It is not in the nature of the case that
generally speaking, this should not to a degree more or less
considerable be the result. Of the whole most of suits brought
before the tribunal.
Reconciliation it is that gives name to his
species of Tribunal: recorded as below parties disagreeing
is declared — the set declared object. Of the what
number of case brought before the tribunal, in a certain proportion
this recent cast acted in name, but in a certain
other proportion it exists not so much as a name.
