§.6. Reconciliation Commissions in the Danish State
Amongst Of all the existing institutions by which lights more
of less useful might, it was conceived to throw upon the
proposed system of judicial procedure with the judicial establishment
adapted to it, this Danish institution has presented itself as the most extensively known in
the European world at large, and, not the least innstructions is
to the English part of it if rightly turned to account?,
pregnant with highly valuable instructions to the
English part of it; for, from it must be informed in it may be as it were by in a reflecting mirror
in this so eminently, demonstrably and uncontestably useful institution
may be seen, as it were in a reflecting mirror, may
be seen the still more exhaustive benefit beneficial state of things of which the
here proposed system of procedure, with the institution
hereafter proposed for making exhibiting
its effects by experiment, affords a promise.
