Relation of proposed system
to the Danish institution

Now for the relation borne by the here proposed system
to this Danish institution.

1. By the proposed system the characteristic arrangement of the Danish
institution intercourse of pa that is to say commencement given to the enquiry
by personal intercourse between the parties and the Judge is employed
but under with concomitant circumstance of advantage which under the Danish
institution have not place

2 Under proposed system
time and labor of obtaining
an opinion other than that
of the Judge — saved.

2. Under the here proposed system the time and labor
employed in the Danish institution for the in the obtaining of an
opinion over and above and preparatory antecedently to that of the Judge
is struck off as needless and useless: the opinion of the Judge
himself, being that in which the issue of the contest will depend
being obtained with less trouble than the opinion that is to
say the conjecture delivered by another at it, and as to what
the opinion of the Judge is likely to be. Frustra fit per plura
quod fieri potest per pauciora. Wasted is the time and labor
expended in effecting by a a larger quality of both which
would be better effected by a smaller.
