Suppose in England a
motion made for adoption
of this such an institution
If carried probable course
Now then to end conception of the results, suppose a Motion
made having for its object the institution of such a tribunal or rather
set of tribunals in and for England, what would be the consequence?
Either it would be negatived rejected or adopted: If negatived
then, by the supposed public law would be thrown away, and a
good done if adopted, judging from the so often repeated prudence
without any instance to the contrary the course taken would be this
