Courses open to England
to rid the people of the
worst possible form of
government

Thus then By the state of government in Denmark that in the state of suffering produced by misgovernment
an addition is thus made to the courses which
present themselves to the people of this England with its connections
and dependencies, for the purpose of ridding themselves of the worst
form of government that the nature of men and things admitts of
an aristocracy-ridden monarchy.

1 Adoption of absolute
monarchy

1. A pure and absolute Monarchy such as that which
has place in Denmark. By the state of public at which in England Scotland
and even Ireland public instruction has arrived the people an standing/stand
effectually secured against any such tyranny as hath place
in Spain and Portugal

2 Monarchy limited
by people's power under
a real constitution

2. A limited Monarchy, having for its limitation limit-applying power
that of the people, under a really existing Constitution, such
as that the to which expression of which is given in and by the Formal
Charter

3 Monarchy limited
by a body really representative
body of the people

power that of the people as constituted as it would be by
a really representative body deputed in the formation of
which every member of the subject many had an equal
share, the double burthen of a Monarch a ceremonial head of the Executive department and a body corporate
with a veto upon all laws still pressing on it: such as

mode such as that which has for several years been in the view
of the public with under the name of the author of these pages this proposal
