Quere an inserendum?

Supplement
§.2. Elucidation
Justice of Peace
French Juge de Paix

Not long ago the French Government of France, with an
intention liberal and laudable sent a law-learned Gentleman
to make observation make report on the state of law learning among
his learned brothers in England. Beholding England already
with rich with handsome estate proprietors and so far in a state of prosperity
and considering that the Jury system it was in England that the Jury system
that had its origin, the conclusion rather too
on was that the English system of judicature and the evidence that it was was on the whole
or in the or at any rate in the greater part of is a proper model
for of other nations. Influential arrangements all either
as causes or as obstacles: the one sort are but too apt to be
mistaken for the other. Thus it happened in this case. While
it was to consider operating working with the ends of justice before it
or intellectual weakness working towards those ends of judicature before it
which have been to exactly opposite to the ends of justice
working in this direction, but have and then turned a little way
out of it by the power of accident, any member any law
learned or unlaw-learned to who whose mind it may happen to
the contrary, will may in these pages it is hoped find some matter
for the gratification of it. Of whatever has been the work of design
he will may by looking at have find much to imitate: by
looking at England, to Scotland something though
not much: by looking to England and Ireland not a
thing.

From England with her Justice of the Peace France lost
his Judge stiled Juge de paix. Added a Judge peace and
paix — what are they but surplusage not to say nonsense? Applied 1.
international law Peace in conjunction and interest with case is
an appellation intelligible and useful. Applied to internal
law nothing can be more undistinguishing and uncharacteristic?
Speaking In the a figurative state of speech, peace may be spoken of or
affected, or distorted by maleficence, and in so far as acts
of maleficence are the acts where by prohibition are converted into
crime, offences, are when considered as adverse crimes An act
is maleficent in so far as it is followed has for its effect production of uneasiness considered when
spoken of in nature, pain; or extinction or exclusion of pleasure. But
of acts which in just ground as being really maleficent in relation to
individuals
individuals have been so
constituted officers
whose will be paid
that sort of act by which
peace is not as affected and
disturbed?
