Justice of Peace
Official Establishment
Now for the Official Establishment: viz.
that is to say, of the Judiciary branch of it it that portion, by
which application is made of a summary made of procedure,
the superiority of which, as compared with the
least bad branches of the regular mode, has in the abovementioned Prayer, just been held
up to view, in so many extensive and incontestable particular
instances. In that same Prayer may be seen
occupied with this part of the subject, numbered paragraphs,
27: namely from 1. to 27. inclusive: pages from 176 to 184.
In regard to the two summarily proceeding
Judicatures, — the primary, most prominent, and
only conspicuous point of diversity which has place
in thus respective offices respect of the Official
Establishment in the two cases is that to which expression
is given by the word single-seatedness
in the one case, the word many-seatedness in the other.
