3. In the Scotch Small Debt Court System, to a
certainty more or less inadequate, as fallacy falling, in a wide
degree, short of that promised by the herein proposed
System, as above: to appropriate moral aptitude not
merely inconclusive but even repugnant; namely by implanting,
instead of the law of justice, the love of its opposite, in
this as in every other civilized county down to the present
time. My time: meaning always the habit of undiscriminate defence of right and wrong for , by the to moral means which in every country the established procedure system has at all times down the present , a :— in this view, any little possible factitious securities for appropriate
aptitude, not being worth stating, or inquiring into or
after.

4. In the English Small Debt Court System
in every little local field of jurisdiction, security for appropriate
aptitude (in every state shape securely) comparatively inadequate
diversifications in this respect, probably numerous, but all trivial; too
much so, by a great deal, to be worth inquiring into or
after: especially being, if at all, so difficultly and imperfectly
ascertainable.
