Reason, habit of making
assertions known by him
to be false
Because as well by word of mouth as in writing be a
so long from his entrance into down to his exit
out of his situation of Judge in the habit of delivering assertion
known by him to be false.

Habit of excluding
evidence on the most
frivolous pretences
Not one of these same preeminently learned persons here
is in the habit of putting, and at all times prepared to put exclusion upon the evidence of this and
that and 1st other individual upon pretences more frivolous
those which it is not in the power of inaptitude to frame. I
have passed condemnation without bei reserve or doubt upon
the practice of putting an exclusion upon the evidence of any
human being on the ground of its being affording under the notion that such exclusion in the treating of to afford any security
against deception: on the contrary it has been and continues
my declared opinion that it is the constant tendency of it
to produce as the consequence of deception with misdecision a non decision when
decision was due: and that this tendency is with constant
and all extensive frequency repeating into all.

Consistently with general
evidence admission principle
I should not exclude the
evidence of these learned
Judges
I would be Entertaining this opinion I could
not with consistency nor the accordingly should I were it
in my power put an exclusion on the evidence even of any
one of these same preeminently learned persons stuffed on his
tongue is a falshood every day of his official life.

But if I were obliged
to put an exclusion on
any evidence it would
be on that theirs
But was I obliged to put under any such necessity as that of putting an exclusion upon the evidence
either of one or other of those same preeminently law-learned
persons or on that of a felon if though it was of the f
it would be on that of the law-learned person, not on that of
the felon. Why? Answer. Because without any breach of
the law of veracity a man may be a felon of the most maleficent
description say a burglar, a murderer or an incendiary:
whereas without a continually repeated breaches of
that same law no man during the whole of his official life
no man has ever had place in the situation of a member of
a the fraternity known by the name of that of the Judges.
