Take for example the case of a last will: subject

If by any man a female has been violated or under
the assurance that in consequence of the assurances obtained of his being not being able
being rendered incapable of carrying on a prosecution to judgment
and execution by the aggregate amount of the fees exacted
which to whomsoever payable has would be exacted by
the Judge, the Judge is has been in effect an accomplice in such
violation: a moral guilt, though not in political legal
language or legal responsibility an accomplice for her in the course
of rape: and so in case of seduction. to rape case of rape substitute that of
seduction, to the cases of rape and seduction substitute the
case of murder, the proposition is not the less true.
