As Judge an accomplice
in the above acts no other
Legislators who by their
votes contribute to
maintain this state
of things

To the case of the Judge by allow who in this way
has been an accomplice in all the crime so produced as
above substitute the act of the legislator who by his
vote speech or influence has contributed to confer on or secure
to the Judge the power so employed: here we
have another such accomplice — an accomplice in all the
crimes of all sorts and sizes which in the taxes so imposed
have had their efficient causes. Stand up

propositions there be any thing that is untrue! Stand
