15. That any such notion as that the suits at present heard
and determined under according to the summary system are of less importance
than those determined under the so-called regular system is a mere
delusion: for that to every one man is all or of as much importance
to him as to any other man his all is: that to
him who has but £5 in the world, £5 is of as much
importance as to him who has £5,00,000, his £5,00,000 is
and that no such delusion could have had place, but
for the disregard for the interest and comfort happiness of the subject
many, what so naturally and unavoidably irremediably has place
in the breasts of the ruling few.
16. That to produce so much as the of an argument
in support of the existing regular system in any of its
parts, a man must do one of two things makes process of one or other of two propositions: namely either
