J.B. to House Petition II.

II. Petiti for Summary
Bodies

17. That to the system proposed by Your petition
not so much as the objection of innovation applies,
idle and silly as it is applying and with equal
force to every thing that from the time of the great flood ever has been due, is due: as
ever can be due: for that to such no to greater number
than those in which the technical system is employed so
at this present is the here proposed summary system,
and not of the technical system are taken every year
taken species of suits in numbers more or less considerable with
the consent and approbation of the Honble House.

18 That seeing that in the a continually repeated repeatedly declared
judgment of the Honble House there are various classes
of such fee the cognizance having and determination of which the summary system of
procedure is a more apt instrument than the regular technical,
thus if so it were that in the regular nature of the two
sets of cases any such difference hath place in such sort
as to render that mode which is the one most conducive to the ends of justice
in the summary, not coincidence is not so conducive
to those same ends in the regular, it would rest with
the adherents to the regular mode to come forward, and
produce bring to view such differences. But Your Petition humbly respectfully contends
that no such difference has place: he maintains that the
Public adherents functionaries in question are not able to bring to view
any such difference: he hereby invites them so to do:
and humbly proposes to the Honble House to call
upon them either to state bring to view such difference, or to acknowledge that there is not, or
no such difference has place, on pain of incurring the displeasure
of the Honble House
