Quarterly returns
Let the Minister of every parish make quarterly
or other periodical returns of all the people in his parish to the Bishop

Let the Constable do the same thing to the Judge.

Livelyhood examinable —
Idlers pressible
Let The Judge may at any time convene any inhabitant
person of his district in order to examine him
touching the means he has of getting a livelyhood: and
if he has none, let him be consigned to some branch
of the public service: to the military service, the
sea service or to public works such as mending
roads and harbours: taking his choice.

When a Deft: contemnor suspected after acquittal
if it be in a Town that he lodges let ten or a dozen of
the inhabitants of the nearest houses be convened
and enjoined to have a watchful eye over his
conduct for a certain time : upon any delinquency of his within that
term if he be not taken & punished let them be
liable to a small fine. do if an a crime be committed
and the author not discover'd and there
be reason to suspect him

do in the country the nearest persons not exceeding
ten living within a mile round.

Notice allso to be given to the Minister and Church
-Wardens of his Parish: also to the Constable.
7. Houses number'd
Account should also be taken of the Houses in
each Parish: and they should be number'd as those
in most Streets in London.
