dangerous weapon

10. Regulations forbidding the use fabrication
custody and so forth of arms of such a nature
as to be easily concealed; such as pocket-pistols
pocket-daggers: also regulating the shape of
and the Dutch instrument called a . . . Qu. of May ?
. . . also regulating the shape of instruments
of domestic use such as knives, scissors, and
the like as far as is necessary to prevent their
co-inciding in point of shape with any of the above
instruments of offence. To these may be added
provisions subjecting the fabrication and vending
of such arms weapons as are not prohibited to conditions
tending to facilitate the tracing of such
arms weapons
