11. Provision for prohibiting the vending &c
of such drugs if any such there be, as are
not requisite for any applicable to any other
purpose than that of poisoning: and restraining
as in the preceding article the vending
&c of such as are convertible into poisons. v. the French Law

relative to poisons

12. Making provision for furnishing medical
persons and others with a set of instructions
indicating the a set of diagnostics adapted to the list
of poisonous substances allowed of or disallowed.
This applies only to the offence of Homicide by
poison.

13. Regulating the vending &c of pick lock keys
upon the principle above mentioned. This applies
principally to theft: but in as far as House-keys
are concerned it may apply to all
offences against person, and to robbery.
