17. Publications of cautionary instructions respecting
the various tricks of common sharpers.
16 Registration
of deeds
18. Provisions for the registration of certain conveyances
and contracts: viz: of such as have can wait the
delay and are of
which the importance ought to admitt is sufficient to pay
for the embarassment of such a process. This applies
against to all the offences respecting that respect the title
to either property, condition in life, or trust.
17 Marking public
stores &c
19. Marking of Provisions for the setting marks
as far as may be upon all public stores, and
other articles of property that are occupied in
trust. This applies to embezzlement: and to offences against property
in trust; and in particular to peculation.
18 Keeping accounts
20. Provisions for the keeping of accounts
relative to the management of property in
trust; and that upon simplest and most
intelligible plans. This applies to the offences
spoken of in the preceding article.
