or parties were circumstanced in point of with regard to place &
company at one the the a time which would answer pitched
upon for the fei supposed date of the document
intended to be forged: he would not know what alibi evidence
thereby there might be of against an alibi; or
if he hazarded the attempt, that evidence might render expose
